Why the TAKE BACK CONTROL program?

 

So many back pain programs focus on finding the "root cause' of the problem or a secret magical fix that no one else knows about. 

Here at Cor-Kinetic, we have decided to focus on what YOU can do to help instead.

Movement & exercise have the amazing ability to be performed by YOU. You don't have to visit anyone and pay them to do it to you. Instead you can do it to yourself, meaning you can take BACK control.

Sometimes finding the right movement and amount of movement is the tricky bit, as well as managing the discomfort that can initially be present when we start new movements or exercises.

So we have provided a range of different movements & exercises to try and also some advice on how to best manage the challenges that come with getting back to moving and using your back.

Alongside this, we aim to provide the best, science based information around back pain to help you make sense of all the conflicting and confusing information available.

This is not a one size fits all program, but instead a guide to put you in charge and take BACK control of your back pain & life!
