Being a modern therapist can be extremely confusing & often frustrating!

There are so many buzz words and conflicting opinions that are thrown around & this can often lead to feeling inadequate & insecure.

There is so much research to read and actually understanding it is another problem altogether. Ever read online discussion and thing “what the hell are they going on about?” or “these guys are on another level”

Not wasting time & money on bad courses and information is another huge challenge for us all.

The mentorship is here to cut through the bullshit & apply better critical thinking with regards to research, opinions and treatment.

This will lead to more confidence, less insecurity and ultimately better results for your patients/clients!

Create an improved version of YOU rather than trying to become someone you're not. Remember YOU are your biggest asset

Most importantly you can do the majority of learning at your own time & pace and in format that is fun, engaging and manageable.

A carefully constructed & evidenced based journey to make you the modern, confident & competent clinician that you want to be

WHAT DO THE  PARTICIPANTS SAY?

This mentorship and course completely exceeded my expectations. The depth of clinical knowledge, especially around pain science and patient-centered care, was incredibly valuable—and immediately applicable in my practice. What stood out most was how the content was backed by current research, yet delivered in a clear, relatable way. Ben was able to make complex and dense topics light and fun with his laid back attitude, expertise and good ol' British humour. The mentorship aspect was equally impactful, having a chance to ask questions, reflect on real cases, and get personalized guidance helped me progress as a clinician. I feel more confident, inspired, and better equipped to support my patients through complex pain journeys

Jacob, Physio (Canada)

Ben has the skill of breaking down hard to digest evidence-based papers and areas of healthcare into easily absorbed golden nuggets that can be applied to clinical practise from day one of this mentorship. The mixture of Ben's attention to detail and his relaxed manner during the online discussions made this mentorship a thoroughly enjoyable and worthwhile investment in my career. I cannot recommend this course enough for any healthcare practitioner wanting to elevate themselves to the next level.

John, Physio (U.K)

Great course with a modern evidence-based approach to helping  patients with conditions that cause pain. This is the second course I attend with Ben and I was not disappointed. Packed with  engaging content and bi-weekly discussions over Zoom to go over said content was a fun way to engage in the material and also hear perspectives from people across the world. The mentorship answered a lot of questions, and gave answers to questions I didn't know I had. As a newly graduated Physiotherapist, the mentorship proved to be of great value, and worked as a compass to navigate the sometimes-confusing world of pain.

WHAT DO THE PARTICIPANTS SAY?

Having known Ben for quite some time, I eagerly enrolled in his 2023 mentorship program, and let me tell you, it was an absolute game-changer! Ben's magnetic personality and witty humour instantly put me at ease, making every interaction a joy. His informal approach created a welcoming atmosphere where even the most reserved individuals felt empowered to engage openly.
The structure of the mentorship was exactly what I needed – concise, bite-sized videos with monthly meet up that fit seamlessly into my busy schedule. Valuable  content throughout and providing resources for further reading was a great way for me to develop my critical appraisal skills. And those Sunday Zoom calls? Pure gold. It was inspiring to see Ben's passion first-hand and connect with fellow members, sharing ideas and insights.
In short, Ben's mentorship exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for a program that combines knowledge, accessibility, and genuine passion, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Here is a short video run through of how it works & what to expect

Cameron (2021) gives his experiences of the Cor-Kinetic Mentorship

The Cor-kinetic online mentorship program will NOT give you all the answers, no course can. But it aims to demystify and simplify some of the things you were never taught at university and are vital to being a modern therapist.

It sits nicely between a weekend course and more formal university education with a format that means you get to study in your own time with minimal course work but also you have the option of taking up the live & interactive sessions too!

The aim in the first part of the program is to develop the skills for improving your thinking & interacting skills. The second half is applying this to treatment! Learn the latest science and data behind ankle, knee, hip, back and shoulder rehab

EXPERT GUESTS

  • Adam Meakins (The Sports physio)
  • Bronnie Thompson (OT, University of Otago)
  • Tim Beames (Pain expert, NOI group)
  • Zak Gabor (CALU)

WHAT DO THE PARTICIPANTS SAY?

Cor-kinetic mentorship has completely transformed my clinical practice. I've taken many courses before, but this one was the most influential. The knowledge and skills I gained here have truly made a huge difference for me as a practitioner.
The best part was analysing research papers with Ben. Now, I know exactly what to look for when I'm reading them. My favorite topics were research methodology, using the biopsychosocial model in practice, communication skills, and pain science. But the real game-changer was developing the habit of regularly reading research.
Ben's teaching style is chill and easy to follow. I never felt bored while watching materials from Ben or during our meetings. The online meetings were fantastic, and everyone had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the problems they face in their work.
Since finishing the mentorship, I feel truly empowered as a physiotherapist. I'd highly recommend Corkinetic mentorship to anyone looking to level up their practice

 Jurczo, Physio

"I have been on numerous weekend courses but I can honestly say the Online Mentorship Program is without doubt the best money I have spent on any course, in terms of how much I have learnt and how much it has influenced my practice. As a full-time physiotherapist, I find it a struggle keeping on top of the latest research, so having Ben point me in the right direction and guide me through the most relevant research has been invaluable. The presentations, given in Ben's inimitable style, are concise, very informative and easy to follow. The exercise ideas have also been fantastic and given me a vast array of tools to work with throughout the different stages of a patient's rehab. Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending this course to anyone who considers themselves a modern, forward-thinking, evidence-based practitioner"

Matt Parselle, Physio

"The CorKinetic mentorship has been a game changer for me as it has given me much more confidence to look at the research, to understand it allowing me to make my own conclusions based off it.  Alongside that it has helped develop a healthy scepticism of the evidence base, understanding its limitations and its place in evidence-based medicine which has been really helpful.
The amount of content on topics that aren’t normally taught in our training is awesome, Ben’s easy going teaching style makes it much easier to understand but this is then backed up with tonnes of literature to take an even deeper dive if you feel you want more, it’s all readily available.
A part of the mentorship I have really enjoyed is the online meet ups where we discussed the content and any dilemmas we have from practice. Ben does a really great job in creating discussion around these topics and also providing his experience and opinion which is really valuable.
It has honestly impacted my practice so much through building on my current knowledge, learning a tonne of new information, challenging my clinical reasoning, challenging my biases and confirming some of them. I can’t recommend this mentorship enough"

Luke Davis (2016) gives his experience of the Cor-Kinetic mentorship

WHAT DO THE PARTICIPANTS SAY?

"The Cor-kinetic Mentorship is by far the course with the most up to date content, in regards to rehabilitation and exercise within a BPS paradigm, I've ever had the pleasure to participate in. The information covered would be nothing short of overwhelming, if it wasn't so neatly structured and clearly presented. Ben Cormack tackles the vast and daunting task of digesting the most up-to-date, relevant research and lays it out very clearly. All while noting the possible pitfalls and caveats inherent to most research. I would love to have access to this information for nothing short of a year, to keep soaking in it and fortunately, Ben gives plenty of articles and reading that is covered in the presentations he gives.
Not only am I learning about the content that is covered, but also on how to present it so that it remains clear, well structured and a reference of value that will keep me coming back for more."
